Joey Evans has joined TNW Corporation, a privately held operator of short line railroads and logistics centers, as the company’s Director of Customer Success. Evans will be based in TNW’s corporate offices in Dallas and report directly to TNW’s Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Davis.

As Director of Customer Success, Evans is leading TNW’s newly formed Customer Success Department, which includes supervising a staff of five employees. He is responsible for directing all revenue car accounting operations; planning and implementing strategies to generate additional revenue; managing customer service and support; and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of TNW’s metrics reporting systems.

Prior to joining TNW, Evans served as Customer Success Manager at GE Digital, where he was directly responsible for servicing several high-profile accounts in the company’s short line railroad division. During his fifteen-year career in the railroad industry, Evans has served as Operations Manager for a variety of short line railways, and as Director of Transportation Technology for Rail America, where, after a takeover by Genesee and Wyoming, Inc., he oversaw the automation of Genesee and Wyoming’s North American Railroads.
