Jacob Noe has been appointed Director of Safety at TNW Corporation. He is responsible for leading the corporate safety culture, objectives, and strategic functions for all TNW properties and their associated departments. This includes safety performance and vision training strategies, regulatory policy development, and regulatory compliance and reporting.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is another step in TNW's industry-leading commitment to safety, one of our Core Values. “Jacob’s strong history in railroad operational safety makes him a natural fit for this role,” says TNW COO Bobby Franklin. “His wealth of experience will serve TNW well.”
Previously, Mr. Noe was TNW’s Manager of Railroad Safety and Operations. Before joining TNW in 2023 he was a second-generation employee of Norfolk Southern for 28 years.
