Sales Specialist
Dallas, TX
The Sales Specialist for TNW will be responsible for supporting sales development processes and assisting in the achievement of sales goals for TNW Railroads and Logistics. This position will provide frontline interface with our customers; execute and support sales department processes; construct and report on market research reports relevant to current and potential service offerings, and build customer relationships which align with TNW’s strategic goals. Strong communication, ownership, and people skills are a must.

The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, reporting, and business analysis across the organization. This role works closely with Finance, Operations, and leadership to provide accurate, timely financial information that supports budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and day-to-day decision-making. The role will also monitor performance, optimize costs, and support strategic decisions on pricing.
TXGN Mechanic
Gonzales, TX
As a Diesel Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping our locomotives running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on position, you’ll inspect, service, and maintain diesel engines, trucks, and equipment while following important safety and company guidelines. You’ll work with tools and instruments to diagnose mechanical issues and make repairs. Over time, you may qualify to operate specialized equipment including locomotives in a shop setting, following federal standards. This physically active role offers on-the-job training and real opportunities for growth.
