TNW Corporation Promotes Bobby M. Franklin to Vice President, Transportation

Dallas, TEXAS —TNW Corporation, a privately held operator of short line railroads and logistics centers in Texas, announced the promotion of Bobby M. Franklin to Vice President of Transportation, effective immediately.

Bobby is responsible for leading TNW’s strategic performance of the company’s suite of railroad holdings, as well as leading corporate safety. He reports directly to CEO, Paul Treangen.

Bobby’s 18 years of leadership in the rail industry include Director of Railway Operations for TNW Corporation, General Manager at TXNW Railway, Vice President of the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad (NOPB), Chief Transportations Officer at the NOPB, and Superintendent and Terminal Manager at CSX Transportation. “Bobby’s leadership skills and vision will successfully grow TNW’s short line railroad business,” said Treangen.

TNW Corporation is a transportation logistics company that operates three short line railroads with four transload facilities in Texas and owns the largest private railcar storage facility in the United States.
