TNW Names Blank, Evans and Klun to New Leadership Roles

TNW Corporation, a privately held transportation and logistics company operating three Class III railroads and multiple transload facilities in Texas, today announced the appointment of Daniel Blank as vice president of sales and marketing, Joey Evans as senior director of government affairs and business development and Jeremiah Klun as director of safety, environmental, and training. These appointments continue to support the company’s growth and its commitment to being an industry leader in safety excellence.

Mr. Blank joined TNW in early 2024 after spending over 15 years serving in various leadership positions on Union Pacific Railroad’s operating team followed by two years of owning and operating a supply company. Blank’s responsibilities entail leading the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for all TNW companies. He also oversees all marketing, branding and social media strategies.

Mr. Evans joined TNW in 2017 as director of customer success and brings more than 21 years of rail industry

experience to his new role. Evans will lead public sector engagement, legislative strategy, stakeholder relations, and industrial development initiatives. He will also support TNW’s industry partnerships, infrastructure efforts, and real estate development activities.

Mr. Klun brings more than 20 years of rail industry experience to TNW, having spent most of his career at Union Pacific, where he held roles in Safety Field Operations, Operating Practices, and Technical Training. His deep expertise in rail safety and operational compliance positions him to make an immediate impact as TNW continues to strengthen its safety-first culture across all its holdings. In this role, Mr. Klun will lead the advancement of TNW's safety culture, objectives, and strategic safety initiatives, while supporting employee training and ensuring continued regulatory compliance across all company operations.
